Chatham Senior Village

As part of a HOPE VI initiative awarded to the Chester Housing Authority, Pennrose Properties developed a plan for the comprehensive revitalization of an existing 350-unit affordable housing development.

The 1940s-era Lamokin Village was completely demolished, leading to the construction of Chatham Estates -- featuring 150 units on-site, including 40 units of senior housing in a low-rise multi-family building, and 110 units of townhouses for families.
